So... if Hunter can't be charged that means he can be forced to testify as he would be unable to self-incriminate, correct?

Also, those photos of him with naked with the little girl in the lingerie.... state charges are exempt from pardons.

And I don't think a blanket pardon is even a thing.

The president (which the potato is not) can pardon someone from sentences that they were convicted & found guilty of. Not for charges or indictments that have not been brought
