Just came to mind, could Biden blanket pardon the Obama's and Clinton's to prevent Trump's DOJ from investigating them?

For the most part it is suggested by Q that Obama issued pardons on his way out even one for himself already if Biden does so again then we have to wonder what Barry has been up to since leaving the President's office behind.
