I believe presidential pardons should be reserved for a miscarriage of justice or if someone did something and for matters of national security he can be pardoned! Having presidents pardoning criminals confirms that some people are more important than others!
This would be a good place to prove the Fixed 2020 election and prove that joe was Never elected to be POTUS. A Fake Pres. can not pardon anyone.

A pardon is specifically for crimes that have been committed not crimes that have not been committed
