I suspect Pulte has some info that is leading him to think he has an idea of when shit will land but it's getting shifted or rug-pulled on him.

I don't think it's anything nefarious. Just him wanting to memorialize a big moment for shareholders who have done battle with the same nefarious entities he has, in his typically goofy way.
