Lawfags on GAW, I have a question: Can a person NOT of sound mind legally execute a pardon?

There's plenty of evidence/documentation that Joe Bidan is NOT of sound mind.

What implications will this have on the pardon?

Just spitballing, but I would assume he would need to be 25thed first. Like they could really never go after Trump after they failed to impeach him - as that was a prequesite to being charged criminally. I don't think visits from a neurosurgeon or all the gaffs will cut it - but what do I know.

If Pedo Joe is considered to be of unsound mind, they would have 25th amendment him a long time ago.

I don't agree with that. Having Joe in the pResident's role allowed the bigger actors behind the scenes to control what Joe did and didn't do. We've been being run by a small committee of deep state actors while he's been in office...

Agreed. Also, if he were to be 25thed, would have to know the precise date that he became incapacitated to retroactively reverse any orders/actions he would have signed off on. They would think it's not worth the headache/embarrassment.
