kek! Yeah if Joe can use that excuse the righteous can too. I bet Rudy told Trump he'll find a way to delay things until Jan 20th ;)

I also think that sometime after Jan 20th & after Rudy is pardoned he'll find a reason to fire Rubio, replace him with Rudy & then do recess appointments ;)
