I read that headline as "FBI notifies Kash he's a target of a Cia hack, disguised as an Iranian hack."

Iran is run by the CIA so that is a very logical interpretation. I think the sheeple need to take some lesson in CIA speak. The intelligence community are just as much enemies of the people as is the mainstream media. Which makes sense since they run the MSM.
