You have not missed the Bitcoin Train because BTC the one really pumping now is the wall-street captured and crippled tech that AXA/MasterCard/BlockStream captured on order to neuter it as a competitor to FiAT (no longer have real money functionality). It is now a purely number go up game with very little underlying fundamentals.

If you read the Bitcoin white paper, you will find that it describes Bitcoin Cash (BCH).

Roger Ver also wrote a book about the capture called Hijacking Bitcoin that is available as audiobook on YouTube.
