Ya, he was too stoned to know what he was doing. Such a great argument for a parent to defend his kid. Accountability be damned.

One another note, these freaking applications for gun ownership are a hindrance to our 2nd amendment rights. Interesting that the DOJ only brought this case and tax invasion case to court. The blob is so freaking obvious.
