I do hope that what you ALL saw were WAR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY!!!!!!!

UNLESS the person or persons ARE ARMED AND CAN BE CATEGORIZED AS AN ENEMY COMBATANT...THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO FIRE...And that is what is considered under UN RULES OF ENGAGEMENT: CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY!!!!!!!!
