So, bottom left orange watch (without the 45-47 numbers) represents the clown world period we live in. Wonder what 28 might mean on it.
The Orange watch could also represent The Time of Two Presidents, just a guess.
Interesting fact but the color of that particular watch is Orange. The color Orange is synonymous with certain happenings and events in the movie The Godfather. Q mentioned it in his posts.

I like to think of it as representing orange jumpsuits. 😏

That is the GMT hand for 24 hour time or second time zone.
The internet suggests a watch with an extra hand is showing GMT time (hour) using the large numbers around the outside that go up to 24. Makes sense but it looks slightly off. Just before 3am. Should be just after 3am to match 10:10 on the other hands.
Anyhow, I suppose that might be handy when traveling abroad...
