That watch also doesn't have "45-47" marked in it, but says "Trump crypto president". Not sure what to make of these.

That's the most logical explanation so far!

So, bottom left orange watch (without the 45-47 numbers) represents the clown world period we live in. Wonder what 28 might mean on it.
