Deliberately adding mutations to a strain of bird flu increased the virus's ability to bind to human cells to 'near-pandemic levels', a new study reveals.

There was no pandemic. What everyone should do is build up their immune system so they can withstand any biological assault. Vitamin C, Vitamin E, NAC, zinc, and whatever else you think will help.
