Did any parent honestly believe that Froot Loops were healthy food though? My mom never bought me that stuff as a kid no matter how much I begged her to.

Being healthy and being poison are two very different things.. I doubt even a small percentage thought it was healthy, but prob an even smaller percentage thought it was literal poison.
