Curious though, if DOGE disbans the federal department of education, then who will enforce this communism teaching act? Am i missing a thread here or something? And if we create a department to enforce this communism teaching act, how will we keep that department from becoming a department of education 2.0, evolving back into the same cycle?
Something tells me this is just a vanity project, only looking good on paper without actual substance that will affect our future in a meaningful way.
Looking through the article, it seems that the bill only provides resources to develop the curriculum to be offered to schools everywhere. It does not provide provisions to FORCE the schools to teach this.
So while the gift of anti-communism is offered, it is up to the school districts to accept it. Hopefully, there is a way for individuals to access this curriculum, being paid with our tax dollars, if the schools refuse the curriculum.
