Another take is that this won't stand. Biden will be impeached after leaving office like Trump was, but for his real crimes. Or it will be found that Biden's election, thus pardons, was always invalid AKA the Brunson case.

A third take that I don't like as much is that Trump will let them walk away losers while he saves the country. Saving the country I like, but there needs to be a deterrent.
