Maybe a small part of the Rothschild fortune once seized, could be put into a natural disaster fund. That would be drawn upon instead of aid. The rest should be spread among everyone who has or had a mortgage, home equity lone, school loan, small business loan. They were soaked by interest rates thanks to the Rothschild controlled Fed.
