It is quite possible that there is a super computer running a huge set of Boolean functions. But it is all tied to the inputs. When you have the same huge set of functions, it is quite possible that it will reach unity.
This is somewhat similar to one of my hobbies, wicked problems. Usually I can close to an answer, or recognize that I am missing information.
