The money (our taxpayer money) was spent for:

Biological weaponization - i.e. aerosolized Rabies
Cloning facilities
Child kidnapping and trafficking
Adrenochrome factories
Mansions, private jets, yachts, private islands, super cars, personal bunkers
Offshore accounts
Personal monetary gifts to themselves and others
Freak-off parties
Bribes
Ugly couture clothes and baubles
Anything else they wanted.
