Maybe that’s the whole purpose all along. NATO is one massive US base in Europe. And who’s calling the shots most of the time? So, naturally, the US would be forking out the bulk of the costs.

There are 800 US Military bases around the world. I wonder if anyone could name ONE Military base from another country on American soil?
