Could Israel deport the Palestinians from Gaza to a new refugee camp (that doesn't have off-shore Mediterranean gas & oil rights) in a "buffer zone" in Syria?

How about deporting West Bank Palestinians to the same camps?

It would be a shame if the new Palestinian area is sandwiched between Greater Israel and the Syrian Sunni head choppers.
