Blue Cross needs to cut its losses and admit they were wrong. How many will sue them for the mandate requiring an experimental shot that does not protect but instead causes injury and death?
Admitting they were wrong would open up the floodgates. They'll never do it.
That horse has bolted. They gambled and lost. They are now waiting to see what the 6th Circuit does on appeal.
