I think so. Look at Grassley's recent letter to him, outlining all his deficiencies/crimes.

Thinking about it, Wray might have been told to just show people how corrupt the DOJ can be. Withhold information from congress, go after whistleblowers, Christians, former Presidents... just let them run wild.

He might have agreed to do this because they have something on him.

Or he really is just a shitbag.

Unfortunately, we might have to wait until the end to know.
