I am fairly certain that a lot of these areas being flown over is controlled airspace. Due to this, IF controlled airspace a waiver would need to filed to comply with Drone 107 requirements. I know I have filed and received waivers for drone flights in restricted area. I would presume there is a way to get a copy of these waivers, if legally flown, from the FAA? Maybe a FOI request? I’m sure a politician can get these requests pretty quickly?? OR they are real UAP’s 😂
