YES. It's unconstitutional, always has been. Rule of law.....not statutes, regulations, and other such crap.
AND if you dig deep, you’ll see it was never properly ratified- article 16. They have been taxing us illegally for far too long.
Do you mean to say "properly ratified"? I have heard that also.
Lol yes, I think spell check did that
Spellcheck is handy if you can invoke it, but an atrocity if it gets in the way. At work, I had a colleague by the surname of Gadler. He happened to be a devout Catholic. I was writing a memo of which he was an addressee and the spellcheck wanted to rename him as "Godless." We had quite a laugh over that.
It's like all of the alphabet agencies.....all had to have been created by amendment. None were. A man by the name of G.R. Mobley has done much work on this and many other issues. Instead of going to the Federalist and Anti-Federalist papers (arguments by interested individuals), he has dug deeply into the Ratification Debates where we get to see how and why THEY argued, discussed, and finally agreed on the various parts of the Constitution. He and others have created First Amendment petitions that are directed to and through our county legislators regarding the State Legislatures’ failure to hold the federal government accountable for numerous violations of our Constitution. If this interests you, this is the location of the petitions: http://reclaimingtherepublic.org/petitions.html
Nice, thanks
Welcome.
