They aren't rebels. Jalani was one of all Baghadi's force commanders. Jalani is now the head of ISIS. However, he now takes his orders from Hamzah bin Laden. Hamzah married into the Taliban, ISIS and ISKP leadership, and the Haqqani Network and is now the leader of ALL Islamic terror orgs worldwide. And the U.S. funds it all, thanks to the Biden Admin and Anthony Blinken, among others in our govt.
