Satan is the God of this world. The only effective defense is the offense of God's rightly divided word. I'm not talking religion I'm speaking about spirituality in alignment with God's truth. Jesus Christ always responded with "for it is Written" it always worked. On the other hand eves deception was based on bothe her and satan changing the word, omitting a word and adding a word where God did not. Then eve waterbdown the consequence with "lest ye die" when God said "thou shalt surely die". Simply recognizing deceit isn't enough because the bible says the devils moves are done in secrecy also. Imagine the stuff you can not see. Crowley clearly contradict that in that quote. Plentybyou don't see happening in the spiritual realm that is defeating people and you don't even know it and never will with out a knowledge God's word. Plenty of spiritual weakness and inability in the Christian church because of the deception. 1 cor 12 is a good start if you want to see the power you should be operating. If you aren't Gods kid yet start with romans 10:9,10. Get born again, put your self in a position where you have the power of the gift of holy spirit in you. Then operate it.
