Trump is the president elect he doesnt do arrests. His department of justice does that.

No one ever said arrests could not be done while he is in office of course arrests can be done if there is a reason to arrest someone.

With Biden pardoning everyone there wont be anyone to arrest anyway unless they show the 2020 was stolen and make everything Biden did not legal.
