Gamma rays are powerful electromagnetic events. You don't need a swarm you just need altitude.
This is borderline retarded. He either means "200Mbps+" on some other frequency that he does not know, or he's just full of shit.
200Mbps is not a frequency; it is information transmission speed. "Mega bits per second"
200GHz is a frequency.
That's my point. 200GHz is not a frequency that anyone is or would be using in this application. I'm assuming he's confusing these exact two things.
