Back in June Major Citites Chiefs Assc. (Police) realeasd an official police handbook on how LEOs should deal with UAPs.

It wasnt done as a joke. They give very detailed instructions for reporting them, and explain different scenarios where they can cause aviation safety issues for police helicopters etc.
