So Caitlin Clark was responsible for bringing in a huge crowd to watch the WNBA. The spectators for the the WNBA have never been that large. I say “was” because she also may have single handedly destroyed the crowd by bending the knee to the haters and wrongly acknowledged “white privilege”. Why does everything have to be about race, why not about merit and accomplishment due to hard work and training. Do male athletes say, “I got where I am because of black prowess!” Even news commentators and politicians are talking about white privilege. Do they even look in the mirror and acknowledge they are white, and therefore are speaking negatively about themselves. Enough already. No matter what your race, wear it proudly and acknowledge you got where you are due to hard work, training, and athletic accomplishment. By bending the knee, you are demeaning yourself and your hard work, plus turning your fans away. Instead use your success to give back by mentoring others, and if you have obtained significant monetary reward, use it for good instead of frittering it away on expensive cars, houses, women and drugs.
