That’s what I think also. If they are operating drones for missions related to protecting the homeland and citizens, then closing their own air space to allow only their drone operations would make sense (?) unless closing means something else?
I can get on board with their appearance (genuine or not) of not knowing the origins and intentions of ufo/uaf/ uap, but… FAA regulated (actual) drones? The U.S. military 100% knows the drones. It defies logic and reason for them to “not know.”
Sterilization of airspace:
"Military sterilize airspace" means to effectively clear a specific area of airspace of any potential hostile aircraft, essentially making it safe for friendly military operations by actively monitoring and eliminating any unidentified or enemy aircraft within that zone; it implies a high level of air dominance and control over that airspace, often achieved through radar surveillance and fighter aircraft presence.
Key points to remember:
Active monitoring:
This isn't just about keeping other aircraft out, but actively scanning the airspace to detect and respond to any potential threats.
Military operations:
The primary goal is to create a safe environment for friendly military aircraft to operate within a designated area.
Air superiority:
A "sterilized airspace" indicates a strong military presence that effectively prevents enemy aircraft from entering the zone.
Curious, then, as to what potential craft the Air Force would be eliminating from their air space for proper air space closure (?) U.S. citizens snooping with their drones? Two guys arrested for operating drones at airports, why not elsewhere? 🤷♀️
Rather than shooting them down they are hiding from them. Pitiful.
Or maybe.... they ARE them.

I used Sterispace, NOAA Fisheries, and FlyandWire online resources to determine “sterilization of airspace (military)” definitions/meanings.
Shoot and ask questions later? How do you know it's not the white hats scanning for threats?
Wouldn’t the military at least know it was ours? If so, why shut down the base? Very curious.
