I'm waiting for an answer to this one too. Biden has made many, many, posts about banning "assault" weapons. Initial quick search, I haven't found any that line up prior to a shooting. Not that there isn't, I just haven't found it. If I did find one, I'm not sure I would come to the stated conclusion, given the number of posts.
