This is what I have heard. Sounds possible:

DARPA SENDING DRONES FOR PROJECT BLUE BEAM

PART OF FAKE ALIEN INVASION SO PUBLIC WILL BE SO SCARED IT ALLOWS ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT/NEW WORLD ORDER.

Some of the drones are real. Others are state of the art Holograms. That would explain seeing some of them "flocking" like birds, traveling together.
