I'm also confused by "the alleged boyfriend", I presumed the stooter was trans. But perhaps identifies as one that would have an alleged boyfriend.

I read the stooter was born a female, and the boyfriend was born a male, so I am confused how this is a trans thing...

What I've read thus far, they both identify as the gender they were born as.
