I mean yeah, that’s a very apt comparison. The problem is who is writing the message that’s being read. It’s all about who is arranging the letters, who is making the choices that result in a message popping out. In this case that person is OP.
Imagine being tossed a bunch of those letter blocks for children, arranging them to spell out “NUCLEAR WAR”, and then thinking that whoever gave you the blocks wants you to be nuked because of it. Insane.
