If you take a look at The Joker from TDK, when you really understand the things he did in the movie. It may look like he's some violent lone wolf terrorist type, but when you realize the people he targeted weren't your ordinary type.

There's theories he was actual military, like Spec Ops operating under the guise of something no one would suspect him of being such. It makes a lot of sense, like he when infiltrated as an Honor Guard.

To understand these procedures, you cannot be slack in performing them. Being crisp and very well precise in everything is a must, including small details and attention to the uniform if it's worn correctly beyond an exceptional level.
