I think you could get the same information re-activating the crime map overlays.
You can look that up in public voting database.
Yes but when you are looking for a house and don't know the neighborhood you don't want to look up every address on every block for a square mile to see if it's where you want to live. To add it to the real estate database for your surrounding area is very helpful if you want to live amongst 'like' people.
It's already broken down by neighborhood. It's used to send out mailers. Me and my brother did this for local state races. He may have done some customizing i can't remember.
