Why hasn't someone (private citizen) with an advanced drone (ie high speed with thermal +/or night vision) gone up and taken some high quality video of these things? Seems someone out there should be able to get this done.

Hobbies drone operators have tried, fully charged battery on drone drains when it gets close and falls to ground.
