Why hasn't someone (private citizen) with an advanced drone (ie high speed with thermal +/or night vision) gone up and taken some high quality video of these things? Seems someone out there should be able to get this done.

Edit: decided to make a separate post to see if anyone can answer this

Same reason there are no real photos of the Loch Ness monster, big foots (or is that big feet :) ), ghosts, yetis, etc.
