Yes, I am. But who are we to look down on their demise, from the depth to which we have sunken? Plenty of good work in the past 30 years: Nathaniel Branden, Jordan Peterson, Marzan Mozetich, Canadarm, many good actors. It need not be "over" for Canada, just as it need not be "over" for us...yet. As a rising tide lifts all ships, Trump may help Canada in many indirect ways, and I hope so.
