If we return to the way the constitution was designed it may be more than Canada. It could be Central and South America as well. The United States of America. A common law but each state is more powerful than the Federal Government within the state itself. The Federal Goverment is limited by the constitution. So the Federal Goverment would be small. It would be a completely different form of Goverment.
