What if the spending bill was designed to fail and the Gov't "shutdown* coincides with and triggers the start of "10 Days of Darkness"???

My grandfather used to say this about that big two letter word "if." He said this: Son "IF" grasshoppers had machine guns then birds would fuck with them anymore now would they?" Papaw always had a funny line ready.
