I eat only once a day (intermittent fasting practice) and allow the body to cleanse itself out for the rest of the time. I facilitate that by breathwork, exercises, jogging and detox teas (herbal teas such as senna, echinacea, rosemary, lemon juices and peals, ginger, cloves, bay leaves, turmeric, black pepper, honey, etc.)
Hunger is a mistaken concept. Just like any other "disease" symptom like runny nose, cough, fever, etc. the feeling of hunger is nothing but the body secreting acidic and toxic stuff into the alimentary canal when food leaves the area. Acid obviously has the tendency to "burn" any living tissues, we feel that tingling burn inside. We had been conditioned to not tolerate it and stuff ourselves whenever we get that feeling, since childhood. Anyone who wants to lose weight or maintain, either just tolerate that feeling or simply drink alkaline fluid (plain water, plain soda, fruit juice, etc) to dilute the acids.
If we keep stuffing ourselves constantly our body keeps accumulating acids and toxins inside. When one fine day a trigger point is reached, those toxins and acids come out vigorously. Pharma has thousands of names to that simple detox mechanism; blame thousands of named "viruses" as culprits and give you poisonous cocktails of drugs. All we need to do is allow the body to detox itself fully while abstaining from eating any acidic foods.
Yeah, they had been doing this for long time now. They are literally bug spraying us.
