I don't think he's an enemy nor just simply hanging out. I think he's playing ball. Trump may yet praise him and influence voters to work with him once he's "started making better decisions." IMHO Trump is keeping him to close to often and posing him the same way in all the popular pictures to create this antagonistic persona to fight with. I'm seeing classic WWF all over this.
