Look at their federally funded child support program also. They double dip and judges amd attorneys get paid. Every case has federally funded child support before they collect from the father and the federal money doesn't get paid back. So the money from the Father goes into abound that judges and prosecutors get skim from. There's at least on class action in Monterey county for it that was filed federally.
