Speaking as someone currently recovering from an illness picked up in a hospital:
Now do vitamins.
Vitamin C does great things, but I understand from that C/lysine protocol posted here some months ago, carbohydrates interfere with C. So it's best to take them alone (not in fruit or juice) and on an empty stomach.
Yeah, I tripled my daily C intake once I realized I was sick.
But I got over COVID-19 in about 12 hours doing this. This has gone on about four days.
It's entirely possible I got food poisoning as well, which thankfully I'm mostly over, but I had a much worse case of that about a year and a half ago--then, I was in so much pain that I thought I was going to die.
Still, thank you for that. I am about 80% through this illness, I just had to make that point.
