Indeed. The act of consideration, mulling over things deeply, is a trait of the free man. So is the act of hearing out, speaking out, investigation. These are inherent (in = negation, not; herein: to choose (heretic) or glued to (inheritance, hereditary)) rights to man, meaning, you cannot choose it. It is you.
