Yes, let’s make them famous. They refused to vote yes on a bill that they were only given an hour to read. Take a good look at who is on that list. Thomas Massie stands out, he said vote on each item separately. https://x.com/LibertyCappy/status/1869952457805041684
Oh, I'm sure they have ways to read these things, especially at only 116 pages. I would be happy if the gov't just went ahead and shut down. This just shows some of who will stand against PDJT at every turn. Some probably had good reasons for voting against it, but it's on them to make their case to the people. I just wanted to get the names out there.
Sure they can read a 116 page bill in an hour. Then you have to parse the wording and find out where the grift is going. I think they should hold out for single items bills. Let’s make it the standard.
Am pretty sure the fifteen rounds of Speaker selection battle was (in part) to implement new house rules that included single topic bills.
