I'm not saying that they can't be dealt with in whatever way. I'm saying that if being evil is simply inherent in their make up, if being evil is an immutable characteristic, then to expect them to be anything but what they are is silly. If a person does not have the capacity to discern good from evil, then they are not liable for their actions in same way as a person who does. I.e. children, the mentally incapacitated, and animals.
I do not think it is "in their DNA" to be evil. If that's the case, then how have so many chosen Christ? It is simply a part of their tradition and culture, which things are possible for an individual to overcome.
